Service one
Consulting and Analyzing the property's value. I can provide a no-obligation detailed report of the homes value at time of market. Market analysis are free.
Consulting & staging are FREE with a listing contract. If you simply want my consulting expertise to gain more value in a sale, there would be a small fee. This would include an assessment of the property with a printed detailed list of recommendations. Contact me for questions on fee's or just staging needs. I have staged for other agents listings.
Service two
Actual staging and preparing a property for market. After obtaining the fee or listing contract, staging begins. I will provide you with a list of personal items that will need to be removed. Some sellers opt to get a storage unit for a short time or we can discuss where items can be stored on the property. My team and I will need access to the property to start the staging process. This is where the fun begins.
Service three
Full service staging, cleaning, painting, repairs, and organizing. If your property requires more work to be done we can discuss the options I can provide. Coldwell Banker also provides a service called RealVitalize, offering home improvement resources at no upfront cost. We can discuss what your best return on investment strategy is.
